Welcome to my creative designer portfolio. I am Muhammad Arman, and I specialize in Graphic and UX/UI Design. I offer a variety of services, including 

 

By using my creative design services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

   – You are responsible for providing me with all the necessary information, materials, and project details required to complete your project. This includes clear communication of your objectives, content, branding guidelines, and any specific requirements related to the project. Accurate and timely provision of these materials ensures the smooth progress of the project.

 

   – You will pay the agreed-upon price for my creative design services. The payment terms will be outlined in our project agreement or invoice. Prompt and complete payment is essential for the successful delivery of the project.

 

   – You are required to provide feedback on my work in a timely manner. Constructive feedback ensures that the project aligns with your expectations and allows for necessary revisions or adjustments. Delays in providing feedback may impact project timelines.

 

   – You agree not to use my work for any commercial or illegal purposes without obtaining prior consent. The designs and creative assets created are protected by intellectual property rights, and any commercial usage or activities that contravene legal standards require proper authorization.

 

   – Any intellectual property rights associated with the work produced during our collaboration remain with me, the creative designer, until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you will have ownership rights for the final design files and assets. Any intermediary or draft materials remain my intellectual property.

 

   – Any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Both parties agree not to disclose or use such information for any purpose other than the project’s completion.

 

   – Project timelines will be agreed upon at the outset and outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Both parties are responsible for adhering to these timelines to ensure the project’s successful and timely completion.

 

   – Any additional work, revisions, or changes to the project scope beyond the initially agreed-upon terms may incur extra charges. Such changes will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

 

   – Either party has the right to terminate the project or collaboration with reasonable notice. In such cases, any fees or expenses incurred up to that point must be settled.

 

    – In the event of disputes or disagreements, both parties commit to making a good-faith effort to resolve issues through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.

 

    – These terms of service may be subject to modification with notice provided to you. Continued use of my services after the modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

 

Payment for my services is due within 15 days of the completion of the project. I accept payments through methods specified in our project agreement or invoice. These methods may include bank transfers, UPI, credit cards, PayPal, or other agreed-upon payment processors.

 

I will deliver the completed project to you according the deadline i give you on agreements.

 

You may request changes to the project within 7 days of the initial delivery. I will make reasonable changes at no extra charge. However, any significant changes may require additional time and/or cost.

 

You may cancel your project at any time, but you will be responsible for paying for all work that has been completed up to the time of the cancellation.

 

If any dispute arises between you and me, we will attempt to resolve it through negotiation. If we cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation, we will agree to binding arbitration.

 

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of India.

 

Severability.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

 

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and me with respect to my services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

 

I may change these terms and conditions at any time by posting a revised version on my website. You will be bound by any changes to the terms and conditions that are made after your last use of my services.
